Refund Policy

Effective date 9/24/25

Rush Crush Collective is powered by Printify for printing and shipping. Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. However, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. 

All Sales Are Final

Every item is custom printed just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please double-check your sizing and order details before checkout. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any of the following issues: 

  • Physical damage (tears, stains, misprints) 

  • Incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design) 

  • Major print flaws

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with 

  • Your order number 

  • Clear photos of the issue 

  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Printify's policy. 

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out. We'll investigate with the carrier and Printify, and if the package is confirmed lost, we'll issue a replacement. 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
