Shipping Policy

Rush Crush Collective uses Printify's trusted network of print providers to fulfill and ships all orders. Each item is made to order, which means your merch is printed just for you - no mass production, no shortcuts.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment is received. Because each item is custom printed, processing times may vary slightly depending on volume and product type. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
Shipping Time
Shipping times depend on your location and the print provider assigned to your order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or peak seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. We do not currently offer expedited shipping or local pickup.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days, contact us at rushcrushcollective@gmail.com
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, reach out within 30 days or your estimated delivery date. We'll work with Printify and the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement.
